Complete Workflow for Manage Real Time Notifications for Internal Users
Go to the Notification configuration menu and create a new notification record with required details like title, message, and notification type based on your communication needs. Select the notification format from available options such as Popup Notification or Breaking News type to define how the message should be displayed to internal users. Update the notification status to In Progress to make the notification active and visible for users across the Odoo system. Once activated, users will receive the notification directly on the screen through web notifications without any manual refresh or extra steps.
