Complete Workflow
Go to Website → Configuration → Settings, scroll to the "Birthday Discount" section. Enable the "Enable Birthday Discount", set your Global Discount Percentage, Minimum Registration Days, Minimum Orders, and Email Offset Days. Users can then edit their Date of Birth in their website portal. When they add eligible items to their cart on their birthday, the specific discount amount automatically populates directly in their cart.
1. Website → Configuration → Settings — Easily configure your global birthday discount percentage, minimum eligibility criteria, and automated email offset.
2. Customer Portal — Users can navigate to their account details and click "Edit information" to manage their profile.
3. Portal Edit Information — Customers can easily enter and update their Date of Birth directly from the website frontend.
4. Global Discount — Eligible customers automatically see the birthday discount applied directly to their cart items during checkout.
5. Backend Contact Form — View the birthday alert banner, track the date of birth, and configure custom discount percentages and targeted products for specific users.
6. Custom Strategy — When a custom strategy is active, the tailored discount percentage applies strictly to the user's pre-approved eligible products in the cart.
7. Automated Email Reminder — The system automatically sends a personalized email displaying the exact discount, eligible products list, and a direct shop link.
