Complete Workflow for Payment Installments
The Payment Installments Odoo App simplifies installment-based sales by allowing users to configure flexible payment plans directly from the Sales Order. Users can define the installment tenure, payment amount, and schedule, then automatically generate installment lines with calculated due dates. Upon confirming the Sales Order, the module creates installment-based invoices and enables customers to pay each installment individually. Every registered payment automatically updates the related installment and invoice status, ensuring accurate payment tracking and financial records. Users can also generate a professional PDF installment schedule, making it easy to share payment plans with customers while seamlessly integrating with Odoo's standard Sales and Accounting workflow.
1.Enable installment-based payments for Sales Orders and configure how invoices are generated. Choose between Single or Multiple Invoice modes and If you want to send automatic payment links to customers via email.
2.On the Quotation page, customers can first view the product lines along with the total order amount. In the Installments tab, the system displays the selected installment plan, including the tenure, plan type, and start date. This allows customers to clearly understand the total order value and how the payment will be divided into manageable installments.
3.When this cron job runs, it automatically sends the installment reminder email to the customer.
